Induction

All our technicians complete an in-depth induction course on joining the company - this is carried out at our Support Centre by our team of technical trainers. A new technician will receive their van and uniform and all equipment and will be trained on everything from the smartphones we use through to the technical aspects of the job, including paint and repair procedures and vehicle damage assessments.

As part of their induction our mobile repair technicians undertake an IMI (Institute of Motor Industry) assessment in our own IMI Accredited centre at our Rushden Support Centre. All our trainers delivering these qualifications are registered IMI assessors and re-visit all of our workforce at regular intervals to maintain standards and ensure we maintain up to date knowledge across the business.

Specialist training

With vehicle design and technology constantly evolving we are continually developing new methods to remain at the forefront of mobile repair technology. This includes specialist training to enable our team to repair accident damage on an expanding range of cars and vans, as the use of aluminium in vehicle construction increases and the number of hybrid and fully electric vehicles on UK roads to continue to grow.

Our technical training team closely monitor trends in vehicle design and regularly research and test new products and equipment to allow us to complete repairs on all types of vehicles.
